​Bystander Reporting tools for the schools.

The profiling statistic from an FBI agent in a Navy League meeting in Palm Desert, California, who profiled active shooters provided an unfortunate statistic of 81% of these shootings, people knew in advance before the event occurred.  Looks like there is a dyer need for learning how to teach people, namely children, to report what they’ve learned before the event occurs.
