Michele Lucien Erickson is a business owner for Write For You Productions. Her responsibilities included successfully developing a franchise opportunity for Fisher Broadcasting while working for Patrick C. Scott, CEO and was also promoted by Phelps Fisher, one of the owners of Fisher Companies; her duties as Division Head also included, but were not limited to, developing and maintaining websites, selling sponsorships, developing new business partnerships, setting up new strategic online distribution, including online sales and producing a relocation documentary television program. Before her current employment, Michele Lucien Erickson was responsible for increasing WM Financial Services’ production by 150% in the Woodinville and Redmond Banks, a division of Washington Mutual, for three years, located in Washington State. This experience will aid the business in two ways. First, it will help Michele adequately serve the clients’ needs and second, it will help her to establish and grow a profitable business.
Ms. Lucien Erickson was in the honors program at Pierce College, receiving an AA. Michele holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Puget Sound (U.P.S.), a liberal arts college which emphasizes research and development. Michele participated in several work study programs while attending U.P.S. The Council of Child Sexual Abuse for one. Michele developed a flow chart for the city of Tacoma, indicating the decision maker of each agency evaluating the child abuse once the case has been reported by Child Protective Services (CPS). The flow chart was based on interviews of the agencies department heads, such as the chief of Police. Michele Lucien Erickson also attended two graduate level universities, on concurrent status: NYU and University of California, Palm Desert Campus. The four graduate level courses included musical writing, song writing, writing for the family audience, and advanced playwriting. All of these graduate courses assisted with her developing critique skills and various writing methods.

Michele created many win-win partnerships with the people she touched inside the broadcast company and outside. One example is that of creating a monthly column for a national publication, “Mobility,” by pitching the idea to them, to have the owner of John L. Scott write the columns.
